Make sure both devices are on the same network.

AirPlay discovery normally needs the iPhone or iPad and computer to be able to see each other locally.

Compare the network names

Open Wi-Fi settings on the iPhone or iPad and on the computer. Join the same main home or office network.

Guest Wi-Fi, some company networks and mobile hotspots may separate devices even when the network name looks similar.

After both devices join the same network, reopen AirTeleport and Screen Mirroring.
